Facility Web Pages
Share customer login links
Copy the correct customer login link, place it where customers can find it, and test it before sharing.
What you will accomplish
Existing customers will have a simple Customer Login link on your website, emails, or printed materials. They can open their portal without calling your office for the address.
Overview
Use this guide when existing customers need an easy way to open their customer portal.
When you finish, you will know where to copy the login link, where to place it, and how to test that it sends customers to the correct sign-in page.
This is helpful when you want to add a Customer Login button to your website, email signature, welcome email, or printed customer instructions.

Before you start
- Your facility name and branding are correct in Settings > Customer portal.
- You have access to Settings > Website & signup.
- You know where customers should find the link, such as your website, email, or printed welcome packet.
- If you use a custom domain, it has been tested before you share it widely.
Step 1: Open Website & signup settings
Go to Settings > Website & signup.
Find the Customer login link area.
This link is meant for customers who already have access to the customer portal.
Expected result
You are looking at the customer-facing login link, not a staff-only dashboard page.
Step 2: Copy the customer login link
Click the copy button next to the customer login link.
Copy the full link.
Do not copy only part of the address.
Step 3: Decide where the link should appear
Choose the places customers naturally look for login access.
Common choices:
- A Customer Login button in your website header.
- A link on your website's storage or contact page.
- Your new customer welcome email.
- Your team's email signature.
- A printed welcome sheet or QR code at the facility.
Use simple wording, such as Customer Login or Open your customer portal.
Step 4: Add the link to your website or message
If you manage your website, add the link to a button or menu item.
If someone else manages your website, send them a clear request.
Example:
Please add this link to our website header as a button named "Customer Login": [paste customer login link].
If you are adding the link to an email, make the link text clear.
Example:
You can open your customer portal here: [Customer Login].
Step 5: Test the link like a customer
Open the link in a private browser window or a different browser.

Check:
- The page opens without showing the staff dashboard.
- The facility name or branding looks correct.
- The page asks the customer to sign in with their email address.
- The link works on a phone-sized screen.
Expected result
Customers can reach the sign-in page without extra instructions from your team.
Step 6: Tell customers what to expect
When you share the login link, include one short sentence that explains what happens next.
Good examples:
Use this link to open your customer portal, view vehicle information, and review upcoming events.
Enter the email address we have on file. You will receive a secure sign-in link or code.
What success looks like
- Your team copied the customer-facing login link from Website & signup.
- The link appears in places customers can find easily.
- The link has been tested outside the staff dashboard.
- Customers understand they should sign in with the email address on their account.
Troubleshooting
What to do next
After the login link works, add it to the places customers already use: your website, welcome email, invoices, and staff email signatures.
