Contracts
Send multiple contracts in one signing link
When one customer has several vehicles, bundle agreements so they sign once instead of opening separate emails for each car.
What you will accomplish
You will send one signing experience when a customer needs the same agreement for more than one vehicle—for example, two cars going into storage at the same time.
The customer receives a single link, reviews each agreement, and signs once. Your team still gets a separate completed contract for each vehicle on the customer record.
When to use a bundled signing link
- One owner is storing two or more vehicles and needs the same storage agreement for each.
- You want the customer to sign everything in one sitting instead of several emails.
- Each vehicle already exists on the customer record in Contacts.
Before you start
- The customer record lists every vehicle that should be on the agreements.
- You have an active contract template with vehicle fields (year, make, model, VIN, and so on).
- The customer’s email on the record is correct—the bundled link goes there.
- You tested the template once with Create a contract template.
Create and send the bundle
- Open the customer record
Go to Contacts and open the customer who owns the vehicles.
- Start a new contract
In Documents & Contracts, click New Document, then choose Contract.
- Select the template
Pick the agreement your facility uses for storage or service, such as Car Storage Agreement.
Expected result: The form moves to the details step for that template.
- Select more than one vehicle
When the customer has multiple cars on file, you may see a list with checkboxes—one row per vehicle.
Check every vehicle that should receive its own copy of the agreement.
Expected result: A note near the list explains that selecting multiple vehicles bundles contracts for one signing experience. You may see a badge such as 2 vehicles selected.
- Add a title and send options
Enter a title your team will recognize later. Example: Storage agreements — Morgan fleet (2 vehicles).
Choose whether to send immediately or save as a draft for review.
- Complete team signature if required
Some templates require a facility signature before the customer receives the link. Follow the on-screen steps until the bundle is ready to send.
- Send to the customer
Send the bundle when prompted. Tell the customer to expect one email with a link that covers all selected vehicles.
Expected result: On the customer record, you see one contract card per vehicle, often grouped as part of the same bundle, each moving from Sent to Completed as the customer signs.

What the customer experiences
- They open one email and one browser link.
- They review each agreement (often one section per vehicle).
- They sign and initial where required for the whole bundle.
- When finished, each vehicle’s agreement shows as completed on the customer record for your team.

What success looks like
- Each selected vehicle has its own contract on the customer record.
- Statuses move to Signed or Completed for every vehicle in the bundle.
- Your team can download a signed PDF per vehicle from Review signed contracts and document history.
- The customer confirms they only needed to complete signing once.
