Product update
Required agreement alerts
See missing and expired required contracts on the dashboard and in Contacts before they become a compliance surprise.

Every stored car should have a current agreement—but only if your team can see gaps before a customer or auditor does.
Why we built it
Facilities mark certain templates as required and set how long a signed copy stays valid. Without a central signal, missing paperwork hides in individual records until move-in day, renewal season, or a dispute. Dashboard flags and an optional Required contracts column in Contacts turn “who still needs to sign?” into work you can scan in seconds.
Who it is for
- Operators who require storage or membership agreements for every active customer.
- Front-office staff who chase signatures during onboarding and annual renewals.
- Managers who want portfolio-level visibility—not only what shows on one customer profile.
What you can do
- Mark a contract template as Required and choose Valid for (months from signing, a fixed date, or no expiration).
- See missing and expired required agreements flagged on the dashboard when templates use expiring validity.
- Turn on the Required contracts column in Contacts to compare customers at a glance and open the ones that need action.

How it fits your day
Alerts reflect template rules you already set—nothing extra to maintain per customer until something is missing or out of date. Staff can send or renew contracts from familiar customer and contract workflows; the dashboard and column tell them who to prioritize.
Get started
Configure Required and Valid for in Create a contract template. Wire required templates into onboarding in Configure customer onboarding.
In Contacts, open column settings and enable Required contracts when you want list-level visibility alongside dashboard alerts.
When fleet changes affect signed vehicle lists, see Update agreements when cars change.
