Operations workflows chain services your facility already defined (intake, detail, transport, departure). Schedule complete workflows lets staff book the full sequence from the calendar in one flow. Each step stays linked to the same job so technicians open Open Event on the right visit and progress through photos, checklists, and status without re-finding the car on a disconnected appointment.

• Choose a workflow when booking from Schedule and schedule every linked step together.
• Keep steps in the order your facility designed—delays and durations carry through the chain.

How it fits your day

Define services and workflow structure in Settings → Services & schedule (see Create operations workflows for planning multi-step SOPs). Schedulers book the complete workflow once; technicians execute from the session page through completion.

Get started

Open Schedule, create a new event, and select a workflow-backed type when your facility has one configured. After booking, confirm each step appears on the calendar, then practice Open Event from the first visit.
