Automatic, branded confirmation emails tell customers their step worked, remind them when the facility still needs to counter-sign, and notify the right staff when an agreement is fully complete. Fewer “did you get it?” calls and less internal chasing while agreements move from sent to done.

Emails mirror what you already see on the contract status card—Sent, Viewed, Awaiting team signature, Completed—so inbox and dashboard tell the same story. Staff can still resend or open the contract from the customer record when someone needs a manual nudge.

Send agreements with Send a contract for signature. Configure Team signs last and counter-signers on the template in Create a contract template.
Track status on the customer record and in Review signed contracts and document history.
