Bulk contract field settings
Select multiple fields on a contract template and mark them required or amendable together instead of editing one field at a time.
Large agreement PDFs have dozens of blanks—setting each field one by one does not scale.
Why we built it
Contract templates accumulate vehicle, contact, and custom fields across many pages. Toggling Required or Amendable after signing field by field is slow and easy to miss a straggler. Bulk contract field settings lets staff multi-select fields in the contract template editor, open Bulk Edit, and apply required and amendable rules to every selected field at once. Changes stay on the template so send and signing flows inherit the same rules.

What you can do
- Shift-click or box-select multiple placed fields on the PDF canvas.
- Open Edit N fields to update shared settings in one dialog.
- Mark a group required so send and signing cannot skip them together.
- Enable amendable on a batch of fields that should stay editable after sign when your template allows amendments.
How it fits your day
When you clone a template for a new season, bulk-select every customer vehicle field and set amendable in one pass. Before a bulk send campaign, bulk-mark required identity fields so the wizard surfaces gaps early.
Get started
Open a draft template, select five or more similar fields, choose Bulk Edit, toggle Required, save, and send a test contract to confirm validation matches your intent.
