A more organized settings experience
Facility and personal settings use clearer sections, sidebar navigation, searchable pages, and choice cards so common options are easier to find.
Important toggles should not hide inside endless scroll.
Why we built it
Settings grew across profile, team, billing, communications, operations, website, and integrations—and admins spent time hunting for one switch. A more organized settings experience groups pages in a searchable sidebar, breaks each page into labeled sections with icons and short descriptions, and uses choice cards for binary options (notifications, billing behavior, branding modes) instead of ambiguous checklists. Your profile follows the same section pattern as facility pages so personal preferences feel familiar.
Who it is for
- New admins onboarding through Complete the setup guide.
- Owners updating Communications, Billing, or Website without memorizing old menu paths.
- Staff editing Your profile notifications separately from facility defaults.
What you can do
- Jump to General, Events, Operations, Team, Billing, Communications, Integrations, and Website from the settings shell.
- Search settings copy (timezone, walkthrough, marketplace, API keys) from the sidebar filter.
- Scan section headers on long pages—each block explains what it controls before you expand it.
- Flip choice cards for clear on/off or mode picks on billing, alerts, and branding screens.
How it fits your day
When someone asks “where do I turn on…”, open Settings, type a keyword in Search, and land on the section instead of clicking every tab. For personal alert changes, use Your profile; for facility-wide SMS defaults, use Communications.
Get started
Open Settings → General, try sidebar Search for “timezone”, and confirm you jump to Regional settings. Then open Your profile and compare how sections mirror the facility layout.
