Product update
Guided event work pages
Appointment and session screens group customer, vehicle, status, photos, checklists, readings, signatures, and billing—with prompts that jump to unfinished steps.

Technicians should not hunt five screens to finish one visit.
Why we built it
When staff click Open Event from Schedule, they land on the live job screen for that appointment or photo session. Guided event work pages reorganize that screen into clearer sections—customer and vehicle context, STATUS, ACTIVITY, photos, checklists, vehicle readings, signatures, and related billing—so floor work reads top to bottom instead of feeling scattered. Action prompts highlight what is still incomplete and take you straight to the next required step, which reduces “marked done but forgot photos” mistakes.
Who it is for
- Technicians running intake, storage checks, transport, or detailing visits on phones and tablets.
- Front desk staff who open a session to see whether photos or signatures are still outstanding.
- Managers auditing visit quality before releasing a car to the customer.
What you can do
- Open Open Event from the schedule detail panel and work in Standard view for the full scrollable layout.
- Switch to Walkthrough view when photo rules require one step at a time on a phone.
- Move STATUS from To Do through In Progress to Done as the visit progresses.
- Follow in-page prompts to finish photos, checklists, and Vehicle Status before completing the session.
- Download a PDF handoff after completion when readings matter—see Richer photo session reports.

How it fits your day
Edit Event on the calendar still changes time, assignee, and notes—it does not replace the workflow screen. Use Run event workflow from Schedule as the day-to-day runbook, and Track work in Progress view so the floor board matches what technicians set on the session page.
Get started
Pick today’s next visit on Schedule, click Open Event, and walk one job through status, photos, and vehicle readings using the prompts on the page before marking it complete.
