Product update
Customize contact cards
In Card view on All Contacts, the same Filters & settings control toggles and orders fields on each contact card—not just table columns.

Table view is not the only way to scan a customer list—many teams prefer photo-forward cards on a tablet.
Why we built it
All Contacts already let staff customize table columns (customizable customer list columns). Card view now uses that same Filters & settings panel: in grid mode the control reads Card fields and Toggle & reorder card fields. Turn on CRM stage, cars, payment method, location, or address lines and drag them into the order you want. Each card grows to show every enabled field—no truncated one-line summary. Header (photo, name, stage) and footer (account status, actions) stay fixed; body fields follow your column order, with address parts collapsing into one block when any address column is visible.
Who it is for
- Front desk staff on iPad who browse customers in Card view between walk-ins.
- Sales leads who want CRM Stage and Source on cards without opening each record.
- Anyone who already tuned table columns and wants the same mix in grid view—preferences are shared.
What you can do
- On All Contacts, switch Table → Card.
- Open Filters & settings → Card fields to show, hide, or reorder fields.
- Enable extra columns such as Cars, Required agreements, or In Stripe—cards expand vertically to fit.
- Switch back to Table—the panel label becomes Columns, but your visibility and order stay in sync.

How it fits your day
Set up a card layout with phone, email, and car count for event check-in, then flip to Table to sort by Last name for a mail merge. Portal invite and restore actions remain on each card footer when those columns are part of your layout.
